Rhett Holt is a founder working at the intersection of capital, invention, and governance re-design.
He aims to architect "The Dreamers’ Bank" initiative; a privately structured capital vehicle focused on disciplined deployment into inventor-led ventures under execution-controlled frameworks. His work centres on preserving founder control, aligning incentives across stakeholders, and treating structured intellectual capital as an investable asset class rather than a speculative narrative.
Rhett’s approach favours integrity over performance, structure over sentiment, and long-horizon durability over short-term optics. His projects are built to challenge conventional capital formation models by combining asymmetric invention exposure with stabilising asset-backed positions and governance constraints designed to prevent dilution of intent.
